Hi loves, I'm happy to share with you today few pieces from the BYS Cosmetics Gone Wild Collection. I have the Fierce Palette (12.90€), Wild On the Go Palette (7.90€) and Roar On the Go Palette (7.90€).
These where gifted to me by Beauty Pro. Their online store is located in Estonia, but they do ship in the EU. I want to say huge thank you to them for gifting me these and it has been pleasure to play with this collection.
I have reviewed their products before on the blog and I have bought them with my own money as well. I love the brand and they are Australian based brand and all their products are cruelty free, which I like.
Let's start with the Fierce Eyeshadow Palette and it comes in a tin packaging has a tiger pattern on it with hot pink lettering. Inside the palette is also hot pink and it contains a mirror and 12 eyeshadows: a glitter, 4 shimmers and 7 matte eyeshadows. It also came with 2 applicators, which I tossed, because I like to use my own brushes.
As you can see from the picture above, half of the palette is colorful and the other half is nude. I love it contains both, which makes it great travel palette for me. The pigmentation of the shadows is good and these blend together beautifully. I have been using these together with other powder shadows and I haven't had any issues blending these out. The more pastel matte colors in this palette are powdery, but it hasn't stopped me from using it and enjoying the colors. As long as I end up with beautiful look, I really don't care. I would recommend doing the eyes first and then the base, because of the fall out.
Above you can see all the eye shadows swatched. I have to say I'm really impressed with this palette. The colors are so beautiful and as always BYS has brought the quality I have expect from them. My favorite colors from the palette are Vicious and Untamed, because they are so unique and I don't think I own other colors like these in my collection.
Next we have the Wild On-The-Go Palette, which has snake skin pattern and neon green lettering. It comes in a tin packaging and inside there is a mirror, blush, bronzer and 6 eyeshadows: a matte, 3 shimmers and 2 cream to powder eyeshadows.
The blush and bronzer are both so pigmented and contain shimmer. The blush is my favorite out of the two. The bronzer is too dark for my complexion, even when I use light hand to apply it. The blush is more peachy shade, which is perfect this time of the year and I do need to use light hand with it. It's so pigmented and stays on all day without getting patchy or fades. It blends into the skin easily and looks beautiful on my pale skin. I always have loved their powder products (blushes and highlighters).
The matte neon green, which is so unique shade in my collection is powdery, but I can easily build up the color and get the look I want. The shimmers are nicely pigmented and these are classic shades. I haven't had any issues with them. Now the more metallic shades have cream to powder formula and remind me Colourpop Super Shock Shadows. These are so beautiful colors to give some added shine to an eye look. I'll be using one of the shades in the demo video, which you find down below.
Overall I do like this palette, I only wish for more mattes, because I don't like to use shimmers in the crease.
Next we have Roar On-The-Go Palette, which has also tin packaging and has in leopard pattern on it and purple lettering. Inside there is a mirror, 2 highlighters and 6 eyeshadows: 4 shimmers, a matte and one cream to powder metallic shade.
I have to say the highlighters feel and look more like eyeshadows and thats how I have been using them. The shimmer shades are beautiful and pigmented. I haven't had any issues working with them and they do last well on the eyes. The only matte shade is dusty darker lilac. It's unique color, but the formula is bit powdery. The bouncy metallic shade is beautiful color and it's best to use on top of other eyeshadows. It's the perfect topper shade and that's how I have been using it. I like it doesn't bring out any texture on the lids. If you are over 30, you know what I'm talking about ;)
Above you can see the swatches. On the left is the the left side of the palette swatch and on the right is the right side. As you can see one side is more nude and the other is more cool tone. My favorite shade is the bouncy shade, because the formula is amazing and I love the lilac color it has, so beautiful.
Down below you can see the demo. I went with more nude colors for this look and I'm loving it. I mostly used the palette Fierce and also used one shade from the Wild palette. Hope you like it!
I'm happy with all 3 palettes, but my favorite is Fierce, because I can make a complete look with it. All the eyeshadows lasted on me all day without creasing or fading (I use eyeshadow primer under every eye look). And I love the brand doesn't brake the bank and is cruelty free.
