Hi loves! Beauty Bigbang Cosmetics was kind enough to send me some of their products to try and I'm finally ready to share my thoughts on them. All my thoughts are 100% on my own.
And lets start with the products I like the most. I would even say love ;) It's the Unicorn Makeup Brush Set ($8.99, link). It includes 7 brushes: 3 brushes for eyes and 4 face brushes. These have synthetic bristles and have colorful handle. The have bit of weight to them, so they don't have that cheap feel to them.
I do wanna apologize that my brushes are not as clean. I'm constantly using them and I just used them before taking the pictures. I forgot to take the pictures before. I know it's not very professional of me. But on other hand it shows how much I like them <3
On the picture above you can see the powder brush, which is excellent to apply the powder on the under eye area or bronze up the complexion. Next to the powder brush (below) is my contouring/highlighting brush. There is no names on the brushes, so I named them as I use them. You might wanna use it these brushes for something else.
On the picture above (on the left) you can see 2 more face brushes. The one above I like to use as my foundation brush, when I use medium coverage foundations. It's also good brush to blend powders out. Under it is smaller version of the powder brush, which is great to apply blush or matte highlighting powder under the eye area.
Like I mentioned the kit includes 3 eyeshadow brushes, which are above on the right. On top there is angled liner or brow brush. I personally haven't found a use to it, because its too thick for my liking. Under it is pencil brush, which I also haven't used, because the bristles are too long for my preference. Next is a shadow brush. It's great to apply darker shades into the crease or to apply brow bone highlighter. Its so soft and it doesn't irritate my eye area, which is sensitive and the skin there is gentle.
Next is the Loose Powder in shade 01 Ivory ($2.99, 48g, link). There is altogether 3 shades available. It's super fine loose powder, which gives this velvet finish to the skin. It comes in a plastic jar and has a black cap with the brands logo and the product name on it.
I find I have to apply it a lot to get this velvet finish I'm use to getting with loose powder. Because of that it's not my favorite, but it's not bad powder. It keeps me matte longer then any other powders in my collection, even the Nabla powder (review). I have combo skin type with oily t-zone and I start getting oily after 7 hours with this powder. That makes me come back to this one and I just need to get over the application part.
The last item I'm going to talk about, is their Blush, Highlight & Contour ($2.99, link). It comes in a back compact and has a mirror in it. Inside there is 3 powders: contour/bronzing shade, blush and a highlighter. Its very compact and great for travel. There is altogether 6 shades available.
Why I picked this compact is the blush shade. It just kind of called to me. It's this perfect peachy pink shade, which fits my pale skin perfectly and the highlighter isn't bad either. It's this bale gold shade, which is perfect for my skin tone. I don't know what happened with the contouring shade though, because it looks dark brown. It would make a beautiful eyeshadow, but as contour shade its too dark and warm, at least for me.
These are all pigmented, specially the contour shade. The blush is definitely more buildable shade. I haven't used the contour shade, but the blush and highlighter blend into the skin beautifully and look natural. These last with out fading or getting patch more than 7 hours. Stays fresh all day, which I love about the product and keeps me coming back to it.
Down below you can see the demo part of this review. I hope you enjoy it :)
They did give me discount code, which is LALAGX10 and it gives you 10% off your order. I'll not be making any money through it. I do think the brushes and the powder is worth checking out. I would say even the face trio, but the contouring shade seems on all shades really dark. But I think it's not bad to spend $3.00 for a beautiful blush shade.
Have you tried anything from them?
