Hi loves! I have found affordable eye cream, which actually works. I have been testing out Kräuterhof Hyaluron + Phytocomplex Eye Cream (15.45€, 20ml).
The cream comes in a white squeeze tube packaging and has no scent to it. So it suitable for sensitive skin too. Its formulated with two forms of hyaluronic acid (with a low and high molecular weight). Also contains squalene with strong antioxidants and seven natural extracts. Its hydrating cream and helps to fight against fine lines and wrinkles. Its formulated with out parabens and is not tested on animals.
I have been using it since April, morning and evening. Its light weight formula and sinks into the skin fast. It hasn't irritated my eyes any way and I have very sensitive eyes.
From the first use I could tell I like this eye cream. It instantly hydrated my under eye area, which is very dry. It keeps it hydrated through out the day and it doesn't dry out. The fine lines under my eye are less noticeable and the overall situation is much better. The under eye area looks brighter and I look less tiered. Its the best
budget friendly eye cream I have find, that actually works.

I bought it in Estonia (Rimi) for 15.45€, but I found it on Amazon less then 9 euros, I'll link it here.
