Hi loves! I wear a lot of makeup and the easiest way to get it off is with cleansing oil and I have been testing out Matis Comfort Cleansing Oil (200ml). It comes in a bottle and has a pump, which makes getting it out so easy.
I have used it since spring and its so far my favorite cleansing oil. Its meant to use on face and eyes. Its with cranberry oil and it helps to keep the skin radiant. Apricot oil has softening and moisturizing properties.
The oil is light weight oil and I use 3 pumps to remove my makeup. It melts away everything, even my waterproof makeup and I don't need to use anything else. When the weather is colder I do feel it is bit drying, but on the warmer months I didn't feel it at all (my skin is more oily then).
Now that the weather is colder I have changed the cleanser I use after this cleansing oil, which is more hydrating and after two step cleansing my skin feels more hydrated and not stripped from moisture, but at the same time its clean and all the makeup/dirt is off.
Ingredients: Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, PEG-20 glyceryl TRIISOSTEARATE, Oleic / Linoleic / LINOLENIC POLYGLYCERIDES, ISOHEXADECANE, isopropyl ISOSTEARATE, Helianthus annuus (SUNFLOWER) HYBRID OIL Prunus armeniaca (APRICOT) KERNEL OIL PARFUM (FRAGRANCE) Vaccinium MACROCAPRON (CRANBERRY) SEED OIL, HELIANTHUS ANNUAL (SUNFLOWER) SEED OIL, ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS (ROSEMARY) LEAF EXTRACT, HYDROXYISOHEXYL 3-CYCLOHEXENE CARBOXALDEHYDE, BUTYLPHENYL METHYLPROPIONAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, ALPHA-ISOMETHYL IONONE, HEXYL CINNAMAL, LINALOOL.
All the info on the ingredients is from EWG's Skin Deep Cosmetics Database(low hazard, medium hazard, high hazard). If I haven't colored an ingredient it means I didn't find it in the database.
Because of the red level ingredients I don't think it would be best for sensitive skin type. It hasn't caused my skin to brake out or irritate it in any way. My skin type is oily by the way :)
I'm not happy to see so many high hazard ingredients. But I'll keep using it, because it is nice and one of the best oil cleansers I have used so far.
Which is your favorite cleansing oil?
I've never heard of this brand before!

Its from France x
DeleteThe one I have repurchased the most is the Camomile one from The Body Shop, but I do love the one by MV Organic Skincare. It is just too expensive to be a regular feature.

I used before the body shop one as well and I remember liking it x
DeleteI got really excited about this and wanted to try it until I saw the red ingredients. I have super sensitive skin and I feel like it would irritate it! Thanks for sharing Laura!

It really is ;)
DeleteI love cleansing oil. I like it better than micellar water. Especially for dry skin. This sounds great. I've only tried DHC's Cleansing Oil which is really good.
