Hi loves! Lately I have been into more and more to cream shadows. I got into it when I ordered Nabla cream shadows, which will be on blog soon and that made me test out my e.l.f Smudge Pot in shade Cruisin Chic (5.5g, 5 EUR). There is altogether 9 different shades available.
The cream shadow comes in a jar and is best to apply with a finger tip. Now that I have short nails thats my preferred way, but you can use a brush, if you liked that way more. The formula of it feels so creamy and its so pigmented. Its enriched with vitamin E, which provides hydration to the skin.
I have been using it as base for my eye looks and it works well with my other powder shadows. The cream shadow itself blends beautifully and stays most of the day without creasing. After wearing my eye makeup more then 15 hours it does crease. For day time wear its perfect, if you want your eye makeup lasting 7 to 8 hours.
The shade Cruisin Chic is shimmery nude, which is perfect shade for everyday wear. I also like it can be worn as a liner and sometimes I have been using it on the waterline. It looks beautiful there and brightens up my eye look. I haven't used it as traditional eye liner, but as a cream shadow its stunning and the price is also really good.
I'm happy its in my collection and it reminds me to try more from the brand. I have lately heard tons of good things about their shadows, which I have yet to try :)
If you are in this side of the world you can find this gem here. They deliver in Belgium and France.
