The Beauty Crown Awards are a yearly favorites collaborative effort including beauty bloggers around the globe. The Beauty Crown Awards were created by Lily from Beauty with Lily Liz from My Pretty Obsessions, Jackie from Five Two Certified, and Shalunya from Shalunya & Boyet. We felt that a collaborative effort from a large number of beauty bloggers would be much more interesting to our readers and would garner more attention. The Beauty Crown Awards are a 5 week event with each week covering types of products.
Week 1 of the Beauty Crown Awards covers Personal Care Items. Below are my Week 1 Selections:
HAIR:
Shampoo & Conditioner:
To keep my hair soft and shiny I use Tigi Bed Head Elasticate strengthening shampoo and conditioner. After using these I feel like I just came from salon and they give the most amazing shine to my hair. I love these products :)
Hairspray & Styling Product:
When it comes to hairspray, only time I use it, is when I fix my eyebrows in place. Its very rarely that I use it on my hair. The reason for it, is that my hair has a mind of its own and nothing holds it in place and I have given up trying. At the moment I use L'Oreal Paris Elnett Satin hairspray.
I use hairdryer quite a lot and to protect my hair from the heat I use Dove repair therapy Heat Defense. I picked it up when I was in Estonia, because I needed something for just that time and I didn't think if its good or not. But I have to say its amazing product. It protects and gives extra shine to my hair. So I'm happy :)
I'm quite new to dry shampoo, but its a brilliant product :) I'm using Batiste Original dry shampoo at the moment. It does a great job, but I should buy the one that is meant for girls with dark hair :)
I'm using this time of year fragrances that are more stronger and spice. I have two fragrances that I'm loving at the moment, first one is The Body Shop White Musk Smokey Rose. I feel I have talked so much about it :) its floral scent, but smokey and spice. Another favorite of mine is Avon Instinct. It smells quite fresh, but there is little spiciness to it.
SKIN CARE (Non-Facial):
Body Wash:
I'm loving at the moment The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit shower gel. Its smells so good and fresh. I love how scented Body Shop products are.
Body Scrub:
I guess its no surprise for everyone that, yet again there is a Body Shop product here :) I'm using their Honeymania cream body scrub. I like that it is so thick and creamy. Also it smells so good.
Moisturizer:
At the moment I'm using 2 moisturizers and one of them is from Body Shop :) Its their Raspberry body butter. I love the thick texture of this goodness and of course how amazingly it smells.
I also use Paul Mitchell Lemon Sage energizing body lotion. It smell of lemons, so its fresh scent. Its a nice light lotion.
For hair removal I use my Gillette Venus razor and Avon Skin so Soft shaving gel. After shaving my legs are so soft and smooth. I love this product!
That's it for my this weeks post :) Hope you liked it and see you in my next post :)
